Why does he lie? Ratings? Fame? Reputation? Was he or his family threatened or should we follow the money trail? Is there a money trail? The irony is that the Lying Commentator, whose name shall not be mentioned, began his career in journalism as a fact checker (according to Wikipedia). What does he have to gain from his trail of lies?
The man is not incompetent, nor is he mentally deficient. He does not drool on himself nor does he appear to be intoxicated or medicated. With the exception of his whiny voice and girlish laugh (the envy of Kamala Harris) he appears normal. I never understood how he got hired by the most watched cable news and opinion network in America, but that does say something about his ability. He tells lies and states opinion as if it should be canonized, and then doubles down on them. He’s a fraud, a charlatan, a deceiver and is slicker than a carpet-bagging, time-share salesman. He spouts his lies with such conviction, that it becomes difficult to determine what is true and what is false during the other segments of his program in which he is not talking about Ukraine.
Here is the proof – a liar is unmasked!
If you CLICK ON THIS LINK, you will hear the Lying Commentator tell you that your tax payer dollars are being used by Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense to make choreographed dance videos. Then he plays the actual video. In the video, a Ukrainian (female presumably) soldier in a ravine, dancing the Pikachoo in her winter camouflage. The distant sounds of artillery can be heard. Personally, I found the video adorable (though I would have recommended against the two pelvic thrusts at the end), but then again, I love Ukraine. The commentator found it disgusting.
If you just clicked on the link, you may or may not be able to discern the false testimony the commentator is telling you. Before I point out what is incongruent with the video and the commentator’s lies, we must together affirm that he is smart, talented and well-spoken. He knows his trade… so…
There is no way the commentator cannot see that the video in question was shot in the most annoying format for editing – vertical mode. This video is being recorded on a cell phone and judging by the quality, it was not the latest iPhone®. Singing and dancing are a big part of Ukrainian culture. Many girls go to dance lessons at the local house of culture. This video cost the department of defense absolutely nothing to make. They simply picked it up off of a social messaging app and Tweeted it out for the world to see the resiliency of the Ukrainian people. It is impossible for the commentator not to know this, but he spouts his lies anyway, thus proving he is not simply mistaken, but lying.

Now that you know the commentator is an unabashed liar, will you keep listening to him? Let’s open our Bibles to Philippians 4:8. Is this what the Apostle Paul says?:
“Finally, brothers, whatever is false, whatever is despicable, whatever is unjust, whatever is distorted, whatever is heinous, whatever is damning, if there is any rumor, if there is slander, if anything is worthy of condemnation, meditate on these things.”

No… of course this is not what the Bible says. Instead, we are to have our minds dwell on that which is good, pure and true. Yet many believers still listen to this liar, even though he has been fired and is struggling to maintain a presence on X (formerly Twitter). Some people have told me, “I don’t agree with him about Ukraine, but he talks about stuff that no other channels will talk about.”
Really? I mean… Really? You will disobey the Word of God, because the liar will talk about things other news channels will not talk about? Are we listening to ourselves and how absurd this is? Will you continue to give Satan (the father of lies) the key to your mind and heart?

I think Mr. Carlson does not spend much time all actually researching and writing content. He has minions who do that for him. He grew up in a wealthy family, went to upper eschalon schools, and is quite hoity toity. He is not a working class fellow who got to where he is in his career by working hard, sacrificing, and being patient while “paying his dues.”
Once I heard his procedure (if you can even call it that,) for ‘preparing’ for his daily show, and watched his insipid rants about America’s stupidity for helping Ukraine, I never watched him again. The man has no shame…
